During outages, provisional receipts are issued right away, and official BIR numbers are assigned server-side when the system reconnects.
Operations continue normally. Transactions queue locally, cashiers keep processing orders and payments, and everything syncs automatically when connectivity comes back. Official BIR receipt numbers are assigned to provisional receipts upon sync, with no manual steps needed.
Yes. The HQ dashboard gives ownership and operations teams real-time visibility into sales, inventory, and staffing across all branches at once. You can view individual branch data or consolidated figures across the whole operation, from any device.
CIMS links each menu item to its ingredients and quantities. When a sale goes through POS+, the corresponding ingredients are automatically deducted from commissary stock. This removes manual inventory counting and gives the commissary team accurate production targets based on actual sales.
Yes. The Franchise Management System handles everything from application processing to monthly royalty statement generation. Royalties are computed from verified sales data, giving franchisors clear statements and franchisees full visibility into how their figures are calculated.
Quesina PH has three plans: Starter at P2,500/month for single-branch operators, Growth at P6,500/month for up to 9 branches, and Franchise at P18,000/month for unlimited branches. One-time setup fees range from P8,000 to P20,000 per location depending on hardware. All plans include POS+, CIMS, ETAS, and the HQ dashboard.
